- 1 Cup cashews
- 1 Cup cashews
- 3 Cups water (up to 4 cups if you prefer a thinner milk consistency)

- Soak 1 cup of cashews, covered, overnight or for at least 4 hours
- Drain cashews
- Rinse thoroughly with filtered water
- Add cashews and filtered water to Vitamix, or any high-powered blender
- Blend for about one minute
- Add in optional additions if using and continue blending until a frothy consistency has been reached.
- *If there's still sediment after blending for a couple minutes, feel free to use a nut milk bag or cheesecloth to drain the liquid into a jar or jug.
