Creamy Green Goddess Dressing

- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

- ¼ cup water, separated, depending on desired consistency (can substitute half with olive oil if not avoiding oil)
- Add avocado, basil leaves, minced garlic, cilantro, tahini, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar to a blender or processor.
- Slowly add in water until you reach desired consistency.
- Add more salt and pepper to taste or lemon juice for tang.
