This creamy, Green Goddess dressing is made with wholesome ingredients, no sugar, no oil, and is completely vegan.

Ingredients
  • 1 small or half a large avocado

  • Juice of ½ a small lemon (~1-1.5 Tbsp)

  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ cup water, separated, depending on desired consistency (can substitute half with olive oil if not avoiding oil)
Instructions
  1. Add avocado, basil leaves, minced garlic, cilantro, tahini, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar to a blender or processor.
  2. Slowly add in water until you reach desired consistency.
  3. Add more salt and pepper to taste or lemon juice for tang.
